1. Technical features

Mechanical structure
Structure of the whole machine: The main parts of the fuselage are cast with high quality cast iron, the internal ribs are strengthened, all of them are tempered, and the finite element analysis is carried out by the special design software, which has the characteristics of high strength, good stability and not easy to deform, which ensures the rigidity of the whole machine and the stability of the environment for long-term use.
Spindle: Ronghua motorized spindle has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small inertia, small vibration, low noise, fast response, etc. the high-speed bearing technology is adopted for the motorized spindle bearing, which is wear-resistant and heat-resistant, and its service life is several times that of the traditional bearing.
Transmission parts: Using Taiwan TPI precision bearing and Taiwan Yintai high quality precision ball screw. The pre stretching process is adopted for the installation of the ball screw. The rigidity of the transmission parts is improved, and the elongation of the ball screw caused by the thermal stress effect during the operation of the ball screw is eliminated, so as to improve the maintenance of the accuracy in the long-term use of the machine tool.
Guide rail: The three axis adopts 4 rows of circular arc contact type and 45°contact angle steel ball row design, with high rigidity, four directions of equal load design, good walking smoothness, low noise and other characteristics. It has the ability of automatic centering, suitable for high-speed application, can maintain accuracy for a long time, has the characteristics of interchangeability, high positioning accuracy, good repeatability, in line with international standards.
System: Equipped with high-performance imported CNC system, to ensure the stability of machine control, but also to ensure the CNC processing function and auxiliary function required by users.
Drive: X, y, Z axis are imported motor, with good control characteristics, large torque, good tracking accuracy, fast response, good stability, etc.
Lubrication: The guide rail and ball screw adopt centralized automatic lubrication system, which can inject oil to each lubricating part regularly and quantitatively, ensure the uniform lubrication of each moving surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the motion accuracy, and ensure the service life of the guide rail and ball screw.
Machine tool protection: The machine tool adopts fully enclosed protection to ensure the personal safety of workers in the process of processing, and make the coolant and iron chips in the process of processing be safely and fully recovered to ensure the cleanliness of the workplace. The guide rail of the machine tool is protected by the stainless steel telescopic shield of Taiwan Yinxing, which has the characteristics of good protection performance and long service life, which can effectively prevent iron chips and coolant from entering the machine tool and damage the guide rail and screw rod. The electric control box adopts fully sealed design, and the heat exchanger is used for heat dissipation, which ensures the cleanness of the electric control box and the service life of the electrical components.

After the completion of the system assembly, 72 hours of copying machine operation, monitoring noise, vibration, rapid movement, tool change and other indicators. Advanced instruments such as laser interferometer, ball bar instrument, dynamic balance instrument and three coordinate measuring instrument are used to test the machine tool, and the parts are tested for trial machining, heavy cutting and rigid tapping, so as to ensure that all performances meet the requirements of the factory with high quality.
