Characteristics
1.The structure of the machine is designed by computer analysis of tension, compression and reaction force, so as to maintain the mechanical precision forever.
2,The castings are made of FC-35 resin sand. They are durable and have the same precision after natural wind and various treatments.
3,Machinery design uses computer aided design (CAD) to persist in processing the invariant structure of the machine body, and ensure the processing accuracy.
4,The sliding track adopts V-shape and plane design. It slides lightly under heavy pressure and has excellent precision.
5,The worktable surface is ground by high-wave heat treatment, and it is not easy to wear.
6,Both X and Y axes adopt imported or equivalent double nuts ball screw, which is light in transmission and easy to use.
7,The spindle adopts linear sliding track, which ensures the precision and durability forever.

The standard configuration of spark machine is as follows:
Z-axis adopts Swiss-made or the same grade linear sliding track, Japanese NSK precision bearing.
Taiwan C7 X, Y ball screw, high precision Z-axis plastic steel wire rod.Japanese original "Sanyang" servo motor. W-axis deceleration motor (1:25 60W or 90W).
Taiwan imports precision handwheels, dial sets, electrode chucks, Grand Full pumping motors.
Quartz lamps, fire extinguishers, liquid level switches, door seals, oil throats, high-pressure oil pipes, pressure gauges are all imported from Taiwan.
