Drill Linear Rail Vertical Machining Center can complete drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping and other processes for various complex parts such as plates, plates, shells and molds in one clamping. The machining center is mainly composed of bed, column, bed saddle, worktable, spindle box, external pipeline, operation station, electric cabinet, tool magazine and other components. The layout of the whole machine is reasonable and beautiful. The main foundation components have good rigidity and compact structure.
The spindle of the machine tool of the machining center adopts imported high-precision spindle components, which are driven by AC servo spindle motor through toothed belt. According to the processing needs of users, it can also be configured with direct spindle, so that the response characteristics of the main transmission system of the machine tool are better and the noise is lower. The machine tool realizes vertical, horizontal and vertical feed movement by workbench, bed saddle and spindle box respectively. The machine tool adopts imported linear guide rail, with good dynamic response and high precision of moving parts. The three-way feed drive adopts AC servo motor, which is directly connected with the ball screw through the coupling. The ball screw pair is pre stretched to eliminate thermal expansion deformation and ensure the high transmission accuracy of the machine tool.

The overall structure is made of high toughness and high-grade cast iron, and after efficient annealing heat treatment, it can effectively eliminate the internal stress of the material and ensure the best accuracy, stability and durability.
The Y-axis of the base is a structural design of two track linear rails, with a linear gauge of 850mm. The support column on the track surface has good stability and rigidity, and has good quality for general processing mold manufacturing.
The counterweight system is equipped with a heavy block track to obtain support when the main shaft head moves up and down, effectively control the poor machining problems caused by vibration and ensure stable accuracy.
The column is designed with large "herringbone" shape and large span, with high rigidity and stability. It is matched and connected with the solid and stable base, which shows the accuracy and accuracy of the processed parts and can meet the perfect requirements.
Whip seat and worktable adopt double compartment design, which can reduce vibration during processing and ensure processing accuracy.
