Characteristics and functions of the equipment
The X and Y axes are with imported high precision linear guides and imported high precision ball screw that can directly driven by Panasonic AC servo motor from Japan , thus determining the long-term high accuracy of machine tools and avoid transmission errors when moving.
The guide nozzle adopts the design of slow-moving wire. The UV axis is fixed and the guide nozzle can rise and fall automatically, so that it can be as close as possible to the workpiece's machined surface, prevent the molybdenum wire from shaking again, avoid the line marks on the cutting surface, and greatly improve the accuracy and roughness of the machined surface.
The tightening system uses two-way automatic tightening device to tighten molybdenum wire in real time. Then the unevenness and accuracy of the processing plane caused by the inappropriate tightness of molybdenum wire in the process of processing are thoroughly solved.
The guide wheel adopts a special gem guide wheel to locate the sprinkler plate. Replacement can automatically return to the origin, greatly reducing the difficulty of replacing vulnerable parts, and facilitating the use of customers.
The imported linear guide rail and the imported switch are used for the barrel guide rail and the commutation switch to ensure the stability, high precision and long-term reliability of the barrel at high and low speeds.

Oil lubrication system:

High accuracy and uniform surface roughness:

AutoCut WEDM system (hereinafter referred to as AutoCut system) is a WEDM system based on Windows XP platform. AutoCut system is composed of system software (CAD software and control software) running under Windows, 4-axis motion control card based on PCI bus, high reliability, energy-saving AC servo motor drive motherboard and 0.5 microsecond high. Frequency main vibration board and sampling board are composed. Users use CAD software to draw processing graphics according to processing drawings, and to cut CAD graphics by wire. Processing, generating two-dimensional or three-dimensional data of WEDM and carrying out parts Processing; In the process of processing, the system can intelligently control the processing speed and parameters, and complete the processing control for different processing requirements. This graphical processing method is an organic combination of CAD and CAM systems in the field of WEDM.
The system has convenient operation functions such as adaptive control of cutting speed,real-time display of cutting process and preview of processing. At the same time, it provides perfect protection for all kinds of faults (power failure, machine crash, etc.) to prevent the scrapping of workpieces.
